ROCKVILLE, MD—Montgomery County Public Schools Superintendent Jerry Weast announced today that he has created a new program for children who do not suffer from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD. The move comes as a response to the No Child Left Behind Act, which includes a provision requiring “fair, equal and significant” access to high-quality education for all children and holds schools accountable for the test scores of minority groups within the school....
